You can obtain an adapter at the reception desk for a deposit of CHF 30.00. Please make sure that you hand it in when checking out.
Upon request we will gladly put a baby cot in your room.
Our bed contents are made of anti-allergic material. If you need additional bed linen
please contact the reception desk. Upon request we change your bed linen daily.
If you do not want to be disturbed or do not want the room cleaned,
please hang the "Do not disturb" sign on the outside of the room door.
Decline the cleaning service and thus do something for the environment: less water consumption, less electricity consumption, less use of chemicals. As a thank you, you will receive a voucher for a drink at our Ustaria Bar.
Your towels are not changed daily for the sake of the environment.
If you wish to change your towels, place them on the floor.
Various hygiene products are available at our reception.
We will be happy to lend you a hotel umbrella at the reception desk.
Do you have valuables with you which you would like to lock securely? All our rooms are equipped with a safe, which you will find in the closet. The operating instructions are enclosed with the safe.
If you don't want to leave your valuables in the room, you have the possibility, to have your valuables locked up at the reception.
A shoe shine machine is available for you at the reception.
The voltage is 230 V alternating current (frequency 50 Hz). An adapter for
Non-Swiss plugs are available at the reception for a deposit.
If you would like to speak to a hotel guest, you can dial their three-digit room number directly.

The tap water in our hotel is potable.
We are happy to offer you a choice of over 48 television and 25 radio stations in various languages.
You are welcome to leave your dirty clothes at the reception.
If the laundry is handed in by 14:00 hrs, it will be returned the following day.
The price list is available at the reception.
If your laundry is delivered by 08:00 in the morning, you can pick it up at the reception desk at 17:00 on the same evening for an express surcharge of CHF 10.
The telephone in the room has an alarm function. Just follow the control panel in the phone's menu.
If you would like us to wake you up by phone, please indicate the desired time to our reception team at extension 285.
